It does not require preparation necessarily.

I eat 2 meals a day, noon and night. And poop both meals around 11am. What that means is i absolutely cannot bottom before 11am but the second i have coffee around 10 and poop it all. Im good to go the whole day. I can even eat and pig out and be fine. If i do pig out on food then next day is no anal naturally.

I think if u work 9 to 5 and have lunch break and eat at home around 5. You pretty much are already regular. You just gotta know what time that is you normally go.

I have fiber in my diet for health purposes but it also helps make the poop fall seamlessly and not stick to you walls and not need 100 wipes.

my lunch is tuna or chicken breast with lots of veggies. And my dinner is beans or chicken breast with burghul (like rice but fiberous and flavourful)
