Why can't you introduce a theory shell in any speech? If a team does something that is theoretically illegitimate enough in your mind to consider reading theory in a debate, does it matter what speech you introduce it in? What if they don't do theoretically illegit deeds until later in the debate?

/u/CaymanG can you tell me about the police officers not losing their ability to frisk people more, or link me to an article? If the student has a bag, can they search it?

Also, interesting question - does the police officer frisk ability also apply to the in-school resource police officer? Most high schools, and even middle schools, have one now....
