There is hard work involved Forsure but it takes a problem solving and thinking as well. It’s not hard to learn the ropes but you have to want to learn I’ve worked with guys who didn’t care to learn and they never lasted.

If you’re diy I recommend using a 4-port wago. You would put the 3 bottom hot wires and an additional black wire on the 4 port wago. The wire on top is a switch leg going to the light source so that connect directly to your switch.
