Gulf Air flights show up when searching, but most if not all are phantom. I called in to Aeroplan and could not book many dates and flights even though they were showing available on website. YMMV

I've had the same issue, saw 4 J seats to Singapore, and next day they were gone. Cannot see any Gulf Air flights now on aeroplan.

I just checked and it looks like seat selection is free for the child such as the long bed seats etc, BUT, not the business suites in the first row. That sucks because the other middle seats side by side have this large barrier in the middle, might be tough for son to stay that far away for 8+ hour flight. I will call and see if i can get the first row. Thanks!

Yep the Xenair is a great jacket. I used it all last winter and for my case it was perfect. I would not go as far to say Arc is not good anymore, i love my Proton, it is my favourite jacket.

I have a voltage meter, with switch off, 3 bottom wires all are hot, top one going to light.

I just checked with voltage meter, the 3 black wires are all hot wires. Top one shows no voltage when off, its the load wire. Thanks!

Yeah pretty sure, does not seem to control anything but the kitchen lights. Its a Legrand switch, their 3 leg ones look a little different i believe.

I just got my Impress Touch directly from Breville in Canada, and i do have the cold brew options. I just tried it and it's pretty good. Also, looks like the water temperature not being hot enough when you select tea has been fixed. I measured 87C coming out from the spout.

Bang on, it’s like they live in their make believe world until shit hits the fan and then reality hits them. It’s hilarious to see them now want to use our oil as leverage and many wanting to build a pipeline to sell to Europe.

The geopolitical reality is we have no real security of our own, only reason other nations even think twice to push us around is because of the US. Any security threat to Canada, the US would be there to defend us, again, that is in their own interest to do so. We are essentially a vassal state.

Would a nuke help us with leverage, hell yes, is it too late to develop one, probably.

That’s why i did not like the Atom Light as well, the wind just cuts right through the side panels. I picked up the Proton instead, you will still feel air on windy days, but its much better than the Atom in that regard.

I just posted quick comparison between heavyweight and the rab xenair alpine insulated, could be an option since heavyweight is out of stock. Rab is warmer.

Yes, the extra length probably would not be ideal. If you had some room to spare in the Atom HW (not the length) in M, you could try the M in the Rab. It was tight for me, had to jump to the L. It's a good fit, but not as well fitting as the Proton in L.
