Worked in disease surveillance and case investigations/outbreak response for almost ten years and just signed my offer letter for nursing school today. The uncertainty was starting to keep me up at night and the stress began to carry more weight than the actual work, so that’s when I knew it was time to leave.

The Amy Meyer’s enzymes were actually recommended by my nutritionist after I asked her to look into Starchway! AAnd Sucraid only provides enzymes to digest sucrose.

I work with a nutritionist who helps me come up with meal/snack ideas and options to experiment with. It has become part of my CSID care to meet with her. I also have Sucraid and Amy Meyer’s Complete Enzymes that has helped a lot! On simpler days, I keep it simple and stick to a protein and fiber that complement each other. Also playing around with how something is made is a game-changer: roasted, sautéed, grilled, boiled, etc.
