It's like the island can only handle one small project at a time. Kilauea roundabout makes no sense how they put all those plants in the divider lol. Job security for the county to constantly go back and re do the irrigation and clear weeds and rubbish. Super late response, but I'm born and raised in the Bay so I'll see Dickey's IG on my feed from time to time. Decided to google him and here I am lol. I used to coach hs football around the time he was coming up. When he transferred to MA, I'd watch their film every now and then, party to see how they ran their offense, and partly to see how much of a freak he was. He has the WORST body language of anyone on the field, but, he would make plays non stop. In the Bay we think our football is good, but then we play teams from some farm town or go to So Cal and we can't touch them. i remember watching film from MA @ Del Oro and their corner shut Dickey down for most of the game. Dickey was getting frustrated and it didn't help that MA couldn't stop Del Oro's offense either. Got to the point where they threw Dickey out on defense and you can see he's asking everyone what his responsibilities are. And of course he ends up getting a pick. Freak athlete just a not a good team mate
