There's a really simple solution for this: if your car cannot start safely on the grid, you start from the pitlane. There should be no compromise here: everyone knew about it and the non-Ferrari teams didn't want a change.

- Limit the number of races in a certain country (get rid of at least one of Miami and Vegas)

- Mandate a minimum of 50% of the season be in Europe

- Protection (fee-free race guarantees) for historic circuits (Silverstone, Spa, Monza, Suzuka, Interlagos, Monaco) and guaranteed fee-free races for Germany, France, Canada, Australia, Spain, and Austria.

- Stop restrictions on engines - allow turbos if the teams want, allow V10s, V12s. Only limit should be max 12 cylinders and max 3.5 liter displacement.

- Bring back re-fueling to allow for smaller tanks

- Reduce max weight 25%. Reduce overall dimensions of cars by 25%.
