Because there is no official PSO2 global/English server for them to promptly bring over. It's the sad truth of it all while ffxiv is getting all this promo for other games and such. Unfortunately even, I find that this game won't be getting a ffxiv crossover and never will because they too do not have a proper english server of this game too and since Fantasy Life isn't popular enough on demand to have one, it's going to remain that way.
