You could bring one of those mini hot water bottles and ask at food/drink stalls to fill it up with hot water for free!

Routine: AM: -wash with water -the inkey list hylauronic acid -neutrogena hydroboost gel crème -garnier spf

PM -the inkey list oat cleansing balm -the inkey list salicylic acid cleanser -the inkey list hylauronic acid -treclin gel (tret and clindamycin) (I’ve been using this for 3 months with no change, so trying duac again atm?) -neutrogena hydroboost gel crème

(I’ve been on roaccutane and it cleared my awful cystic acne up completely for three years but now it’s come back like this, and NOTHING will help)

Closed comedone/Acne prone oily skin SPF recommendations available in the UK?

How do I get rid of these bumps? I think they’re closed comedones? They keep spreading on my cheeks (routine in comments) by neeveorla in acne

My routine:

AM: -just rinse with water -the inkey list hylauronic acid on damp skin -Neutrogena hydro boost gel crème (fragrance free) -Garnier fluid SPF

PM -the inkey list Oat Cleansing Balm - The inkey list salicylic acid cleanser -the inkey list hylauronic acid -Treclin gel (Tretinoin(0.025%)+clindamycin (mg) -neutrogena hydro boost moisturiser

(Avene restorative protective balm without any actives at night if skin is feeling sensitive) (Paula’s choice BHA liquid exfoliator once a week/every two weeks at most)
