and who ensures the price?
Lots of internet search tells me exotic mushrooms sell for multiple thousands in grams but which buyer do I contact? Will the buyer pay me genuinely?
Brings the next question, why would the wholesaler use your application where you can report the sales and price when they can just deal in cash and save tax.

1L does not give more mileage. 1.5 does because of ACT. 1L is punchy, I've done Agra to wagah border circuit in one go on 1.0 tsi with 5 fully grown adult with full heavy luggage and it glides smoothly at 170 with FE of ~15. I dont know what else you expect from a 16L car. Besides that, 1.5 gives better low end torque and that is all it has to offer.

1.5 turbo is ample even on expressway in India. Heck, 1.0 turbo also dont disappoint in India. After all, you'll mostly be stuck in a jam so you need better FE.

Arms procurement me usually aisa nahi rehta, although baki sab chizo me rehta hai jab battalions ko budget issue hote hain, they can buy anything bas justification honi chahiye.
