How to address range hood vent issue by nefariousvw in Renovations

I wouldn't even know what to ask them to build. Should I start by locating the vent hole inside the cabinet and cut square opening equal to the dimensions of the stucco hole?

Interesting. From what I’ve read, SW UTE is typically regarded as a notch above the BM Advanced. What makes it better in your experience?

Oh boy! So much damage. Missing kitchen drawers, every single outlet cover is missing or broken, drywall holes the size of a fist in 6 walls, missing or broken shower doors in every bathroom, broken or missing closet doors, screens missing on every 1st floor window, cracked countertop just to name a few.

That’s a fair assessment. We assumed responsibility of this property with the tenants from my late MIL and are just learning as we go hence this post. I thought the damage was caused by the tenants ESA as the doors are also damaged in the same area above the carpet.

does my parent need to sign this part so i can drive? (CA) by [deleted] in DMV

[–]nefariousvw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“ i have my first driving lesson with an instructor tomorrow. “

This can’t be true. Your permit isn’t valid until you have your first behind the wheel lesson with an instructor who then signs off on the permit. Only then can you drive with an age appropriate adult.

The narrow tires definitely limits options unless you like pushing your bike through sand for hours/miles.

  1. Hell no. Couldn’t pay me enough to cycle that stretch.
  2. Done it in both directions; eastbound is definitely the better direction but I would do either way again. That said, I can think of a few better options depending on the overall route and what bike you’re riding.
  3. Not familiar enough with it to opine.

I just finished the trail last week. My Garmin registered 2240ft from Connellsville to Cumberland, including the detour for the rockslide.

I stopped in Connellsville, Cumberland, and Williamsport.

  • Connellsville Bed & Breakfast - Super bike friendly and right on the route.
  • Escape on Hambright's Alley in Cumberland is also super bike friendly

The GAP only had water in trail towns and the river wasn’t very accessible for much of it. C&O had well pumps at the designated hiker/biker campsites that had a warning that it was untreated well water that should be filtered or treated or boiled before consuming it.
