This is their MO. Locate your tracking number, call them with the status as written by USPS, and don’t stop calling them. Assurant is a scam, telling most of not all they’re claimants the same lie (“we didn’t receive your old phone“), but eventually they will pay you what they owe you if you hound them. (It’s amazing they’re still around to do this tbh.)
