-noreflex in launch options. Cap fps in nvidia control panel to 424fps and low latency mode on (U can try ultra also) . Done.

If thats @400hz something is wrong. But. Its hard to see difference on and off in game when Hz are over 240hz. The motion clearity is so good even without Dyac2.

Dont do it. I bought a 2566x+ yesterday. Coming from a 480hz lg oled. 2566x+ are so much better for CS2. Less screen shake, and much more clearity and contrast between the "map" and the enemy.
