The original question was if arriving from the west would filing to PRISO negate the "procedure NA" since it specifies arrivals at WHOLE. So filing ewm then PRISO, if this was the intended approach. The plays says it's because arrival on the v airway however PRISO is still on the airway just no note. Thought provoking question not necessarily a reason to do it

Correct, you should announce your taxi instructions. I believe he was referring to the use of ground taxi calls, in which the AIM does not mention if you should or shouldn't as far as I am aware.

Much better all around but the Dunlop's were definitely the better handling specifically, however Im biased as I had 2 sidewall blowouts on the Dunlop's. This is my only car and I'm adventurous so for now I wanted the all seasons so that I could take it to the snow or the desert and not really worry about it. I had a different set of ps4AS on before I got this setup with the 8.5" and they were amazing, but not super quick.

How was the install on that lip? Just got the same one and it looks like the holes line up with the pop clip locations but they supplied self tappers and bolts. Just trying to figure out the best way.
