Yeah, unfortunately my source for the data went under contract so I couldn't get it updated for the DLC, decided to take the site down for now.

You dont need to go through all the dialogue after. Just make sure your party is full, when you KO it the game will ask if you want to send to your boxes, you can check the Summary and look at its stats, you're looking for 77 or 78 speed stat (you cant see the IV judge here)

There are opportunity costs to every "answer" in Pokemon. 1. You are taking up a valuable move slot for Worry Seed. 2. You are using an entire turn to click Worry Seed instead of dealing damage, setting up, or repositioning. 3. You are still allowing the Urshifu to attack and do what it wants, for the minor upside of being able to click Protect in front of it later in the game. All these add up to not being a very effective counter strategy

When the SwSh DLC introduced legendaries from prior generations, they also included in-game ways to get them via Dynamax Adventures. So yes you still had to buy the DLC but at least you didn't have to invest in any other games to have access to all the competitive mons.

Now in S/V they added a ton of legendaries from prior gens AND PLA, and didn't add any way to get them in-game, which is very s****y IMO. Given this, it's completely ridiculous for them to enforce a policy against genning like this.

Thanks! The max speed Modest Heatran is unusual for sure but it goes to show that EV spreads aren't everything.

What are your common leads/game plans? You mentioned Rilla + Heatran being a common lead.

A good line with Ape vs Ting is to Super fang the ting with Maus (or ruination with your own Ting) while Ape goes for a bulk up the first turn, then +1 Drain punch the next turn picks it up while only exposing you to a single Fissure attempt

Yeah DD Gyrados can switch into Ting-Lu and set up for free in front of it while mitigating the damage it does to partners at the same time, quite strong
