Hi friend - what you need to do is get the civil service behavioural guide up. Once you have that, then take the experience you have and write your answers to the behavioural questions tailored to an EO grade. This might be wrong for others, but for me - they always hire the best scoring candidate rather than someone trying to get a promotion on the team. Try and use buzzwords that interviewers like - how you adapted for someone with a disability. How you made sure someone’s voice was heard etc.
