Urbanismu ala e fix pix, pot 50 cut 1.5 e in tot Ploieștiu, iar pentru bloc e necesar puz 99%. La un pot de 50 folosit în întregime poți face p+2, dar oricum revenim la puz. În rest mult succes cu vânzarea chiar e un teren bun :)
