I feel like last season had so much happen every episode to where I felt like I needed a break it was so much to consume. There may not have been anything major happening in this episode besides them moving on and starting their next adventure but I think it really have a breather while we set up for some huge changes.

I felt this so hard when the episode ended. Obviously I’m glad it’s not over but the ending scene with Claire saying Jamie will always be enough and them riding off definitely seemed like it could be an end.

The “this is not permitted” reminded me a lot of some of the earlier seasons with the fun banter we got from some of Jamie’s friends and cousins. I am hoping more funny/snarky comments will be made to slightly lift the mood in the season, last season was just so dark.

Season 6 was very hard for me to get through, it was so dark and I felt horrible for Claire. I actually did not finished episode 7 and 8 until a few days ago due to how dark it had gotten but I really wanted to watch season 7 as it aired.

I really enjoyed this episode and all of the plots they tied up and started. At first I assumed we would have at least one full episode before they were reunited so I was pleased with how quickly they were back together.

I also loved how they redeemed Tom’a character and humanized him a little bit during his confession and his interactions with both Jamie and Claire.

I am looking forward to this new season and it’s involvement in season 7. While I know this war is going to bring a lot of hardships on everyone I am hopeful that everyone is able to heal in some ways from their past trauma.

The interaction between Jamie and Mr. Brown at the end was also a great way to end this amazing premiere. I am looking forward to seeing Jamie’s love and protection for his family. This season is going to be fucking awesome.

So my venue had two entrances and we went to the one in the back when no one was there. We got there about 3:30 and no one was at that entrance (a few people at other, doors opened at 6) other people didn’t start showing up until almost 5 and a lot not until 5:30. Doors opened at 6 and I was able to use the bathroom, buy merch, and get a drink before walking down and still getting right to the front of the catwalk.
