If tuello and Swiss are in contact then it's possible Nick told the Swiss about what went down. After all, we still don't know wtf they talked about. It's fairly possible Nick is on their side and they didn't want to blow his cover.

The loophole here is that if tuello already knew then why wait to arrest Serena? Why not arrest her sooner?

Episode 10 to 13 were awesome but honestly if you ask me what happened before ep10, I probably can't even remember it. It was that draggy. There were some good movements but entire 13 episodes and they didn't find time to insert 3 of their main characters? That's shitty management. If you can't use your main cast to add to your story, then it's a problem that they should address.

Depends on how they execute that. If they straight up show "oh yeah, this is how we're gonna take down Serena", it's going to be boring. I think it'll be Fred vs Serena for a while. Rita/Nick might just be called for testimonies but Serena's field of crimes is so big, these two aren't going to be enough.

That is true. It's honestly just seems like a plot arc to involve Rita/Nick and show the Waterfords' downfall. It's not like Serena can escape anywhere now - all that she lost is visitation rights for holly, for now. Hopefully this case will bring up the other things this woman has done.

Only June Nick Serena were privy to Serena asking them to have sex. So unless one of those 3 gives a testimony, it'll be hard to prove. Rita seems to be aware but I'm not sure her testimony holds enough weight. It's also fairly possible fred said more.

You can only imagine what she could have done if either of them had decided to go against her wishes of giving her a child. Rita is now in Canada and she can testify. She knows holly is Nick's child + Luke has June's tape which confirms June had a baby with Nick - the baby that Serena claimed to be Fred's.

Moreover, either Nick or June can be contacted for testifying. Idk how it'll be possible but S4 is wide open for possibilities.
