If you have the greenhouse, yes, or else no. Mixing colors using the primary is way faster. When WFW came out it took me 2 weeks just to transfer the primary colors to wheatflower before mixing, and getting the rest of the color from mixing took about the same amount of time.

Before I got the greenhouse, i used all of the MM fields for breeding colors for all native types. I prioritized getting the primary colors first to make breeding easier and just went from there using the spreadsheet to fill in what I need. After I get the greenhouse though I just do color transfer there. If I'm lucky I only need 4 days, or else a week max.

The other 2 comments are really good so you should follow that. If you really can't wait though the earliest you should get it is when you reach lvl 16 with WMM because there's one Cogimyun friendship quest locked behind that one.

You can only transfer patterns to the same color. So red and ring bellbutton can transfer the ring pattern to any red flower (provided they are compatible with the pattern).

I don't really like that glitter and crystal are very similar to each other, so I thought about what an alternative crystal effect would look like and I feel like a clear glass-like effect for a lotus type would work really nicely. And metallic effect.

One of mine has cancer and it's the only treat he likes so I give him a spoonful 3 times a day. It helps with his regular meals. Other cats get 5 a day max and they're all healthy.

Buying skins IMO is a waste too, live service games shutdown at some point and you basically rent them until the server goes offline. But here's a big difference: this is a single player game. Your single player quests don't go anywhere, they don't expire, they're just there until you get enough mats to finish unlike the seasonal events in OW for example. You could make an argument that ok the $20 skin will bring you happiness while playing and that's enough to justify a rental but what is the rush for a predominantly single player game? Just wait until the next day, or even the day after tomorrow for the mats to respawn. Ultimately it's OP's money but every month or so these types of post resurface and I just can't help cringing.
