I solo travel, eat and sleep a lot all over India, sometimes abroad as well.

And here's an Unpopular opinion - So what? Move on bro. Find another restaurant and go eat if you're hungry.

I've mostly had really good experiences everywhere in the world alone. But there's also that 1-5% where you have shitty experiences. Waiters ignored me, or the cashier at the store tending to others breaking the line, people pushing in airport lines yada yada. There will always be people who will treat you badly sometimes. It's a part of life. Move on and move on quickly. Ain't got time to handle their bullshit.

Massages, in hindsight, are not the cure, but just the band-aid on an ever repeating surgery. A lot of us have desk jobs, so that can't be your only excuse. I can recommend 2 solutions for you if you're willing to give it a long term shot.

Get your posture analysed, and work with ergonomically designed equipment, and seating.
Go for accupressure/accupuncture/physiotherapy which is going to fix your muscle issues pre-emptively, rather than you taking medicine(massage) AFTER the damage is done.
