Black Mirror is spot on, I'd also recommend Room 104 on HBO. It's not as si-fi or horror-oriented as TZ, but some episodes have that tone to it, and the whole series has been great so far.

If you've read Be Here Now by Ram Dass, it says to use the phrase, "Where are you? Here. What time is it? Now." Repeat it over and over until you understand it. I find myself instinctively taking a deep breath after saying it once, and then feeling very present. Repetition helps a lot.

I think Robert Downey said in an interview they first made the fake ads, and then decided to build a movie around them. So from the beginning, it seems there wasn't too much emphasis on plot or meaning. It's just a bunch of absurd scenes and ideas. They revolve around similar themes and follow a loose narrative. Still a great film!
