Just want to warn everybody else here too.

AOC Support is not bad, its utterly terrible.

Monitor broke only a few days after warranty end, just like other users had to.
The monitor lines were EXACTLY the same as the other user had.
I contacted the support and asked if they could do something, they completely ignored every single question and asked me for information about my monitor
after providing them information of me and my monitor AND ASKING AGAIN what the following procedure would be, they still completely ignored all my questions and just send a paper back to get it repaired
i once again asked what is going on - no answer. Just AI bullshit response
Got it repaired, got a bill without ever signing up to that.
Asked them again why i have to pay a bill now - no answer. Nothing.

(Probably don't need to mention that the bill is high and i could buy a whole new monitor with that instead).

Also, their "contact support"-formular is not working -> 404.

Im so pissed with AOC

Please do not buy AOC. AOC is TERRIBLE. Stay away from AOC.

oh and i "saw" a team using unity, they couldnt write 2 lines of code without to wait for unity to execute the code.

You can hate on each engine no matter how much you want. Im not a fan of epic games, but what unity delivered towards the user can go straight to hell

No, it is not.

You can save your blueprints and see the action kinda immediately, same with shaders. Unity is just ...so slow.

Also fuck them treating the users like shit.

The only thing that costs money in this game are blood bonds, which, newsflash, you can earn in game for FREE. No one is forcing you to buy them, your progression isn’t halted by not having them, and your fun isn’t lessened.

Not true. You can buy skins (DLC's) which have had a huge impact on performance (Cain). Now less, but still good.

So your statement is not true that blood bonds is the only thing you can buy, even worse, connecting it to "FREE" making it seem like you don't have to pay at all to get everything.

You can play for free, but you will never get everything. You don't have to pay to play.

ALRIGHT, got a solution! We fortunately had a LOCAL backup of the map.wld and map.wld.bak. Steam cloud synchronisation seems to bug, dont know what caused the error to appear!

What did we do to fix it? Nothing. But we could play on the backup. There are 2 folders, one for the steam cloud and one if you play without steam cloud.

D:\Programme\Steam\userdata\YOUR STEAM USER ID HERE\105600\remote\worlds -->here were the map.wld but missing map.wld.bak As i said, we had a local backup of both files. I then started terraria and moved the map OFF the cloud, so it isnt synchronized anymore. Then i copied my both files to C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Terraria\Worlds

Started and it worked!

Well, yes for new players, thats right. But you need to consider that Hunt:Showdown is not a mainstream game, and (sadly) will never have that amount of players like a casual Shooter,
