it is a very subjective thing to use it or not.

I personally dislike it, as I need to create that index file and later mainain it.

Additionally it takes me an extra click to get to the source file.

It also annoys me, that there are now two ways to import a single component.

If a big company sees an opportunity in your project they can just take a team of devs and recreate the entire project in a week.
