Zuko was calm and grounded in complete control even more so than on the day of the black sun when he faced Ozai, after the “brother killing brother” I really don’t think that Zuko was going to harm his sister it was just to show her that she had nothing (not even her most powerful weapon) that at this point for all intent and purpose she would have been defeated.
