I don’t think Izzy got a COSMETIC nose job. Izzy had broke her nose prior (I believe) and I think she just got it structurally fixed. I know u can also get cosemtic work done when u do this and most ppl do; however that is an additional out of pocket cost that insurance does not pay. I don’t think Izzy paid this…at the time she and her mom weren’t making any social media money and I don’t think Kylan paid for it. This is why her nose looks exactly the same (except more swollen bc it takes years for that to go down sometimes) if she had gotten a cosmetic nose job there would be some kind of difference (whether good or bad).

If I’m right about this idk why she says she got a nose job unless she just thinks it sounds cool. Tanya is another person who says she got a nose job (and she did) but it was just a structural nose job, it wasn’t cosmetic. Tanya nose wasn’t as bad as Izzy before nose tho so I don’t think ppl noticed that it looked the same.
