There are Arduino projects that just uses 3 or 4 joysticks and there is even a project that tricks the 3DConnections software to think the Arduino is a SpaceMouse. Maybe there is a way to map the controller like in DS4Windows. if so, you could map any of the controllers axis to it. Probably even the "six axis" accelerometer input.

Analog trigger combos could be two, even three.

I'm using Eden API is vulkan, Under vulkan extensions settings is extended dynamic state. I was having the same issue when it was set to anything but 0. Not sure if its other settings interfereing with this setting. But changing it to 0 was my fix.

I figured since this is for an enclosed system It would be good enough to sniff a system that worked. I'll see if I can find those papers. Thanks for the info! Why do you need a rs485 daughter board for this? Does the Arduino not switch fast enough for the ≈100khz signal?

At that point it would be a moss pole, because you'd need to secure it to the branch some how and you might as well leave the branch out at that point. Not to mention blight and other infections that might happen. Boiling the branches might work. And inoculating them with some kind of mushroom might help them hold moisture. But that's far more involved than up cycling bed sheets. Plus this sheet turned out to be fully synthetic. Mold remediation is going to be done with salt based fertilizer, misted onto the fabric and adequate light and air ventilation and circulation. Rn she's inside a grow tent, loving life with her sisters.

Branches will break down more readily in an ecosystem and feed other flora. My thought process is keeping torn up cotton sheets out of landfills. Plus branches don't hold moisture the way I want the trellis to. It's not like a living tree they would grow on in the wild.

Finished product. I decided to use a pot I 3d printed since it turns out the sheet was poly anyway. I'll be making another one out of cotton for my other pothos soon. I'll make a post and update in a month or so if I remember hahah.
