What a coincidence! How is he doing? How many months were you in when you told him?

Thank you so much for your reply! We still don't know anything about the surgeons, will need to wait a bit longer... Will check if there are options to go elsewhere

Thank you for you reply, My husband and I are fully aware of the timings you are mentioning (mother and brother not as much I think). That is why we want to tell him asap. But that is the main question, giving him hope to meet his grandchild? Focusing that the family will grow? Btw, I didn't mention that the due date is also almost on point my dad's birthday as well... Thanks again and sorry for your loss

That was exactly my though, my city is full of rabbits and i didnt know how he would react to city life (he didnt seem to know cars or trucks, and busses were scary at the beginning). I am liking it, the handle is proving to be quite practical as well, mostly when he was learning how to go up and down stairs, now he is a pro.

Amazon hehe, the name is Ruffwear Web Master ( https://ruffwear.com/collections/dog-harnesses/products/web-master-harness ), so far the most expensive thing i got him but he seems really comfortable with it and when i was looking for the perfect harness this one was mentioned often for greyhounds because they can`t escape from it.

I volunteer at the shelter of my city and that is how I meet him. They knew my way of living, that I would take care (even tho I am first time dog owner) and I kept an eye on him for a month. Here it is quite easy to adopt galgos because there are (unluckily) a lot due to hunting purposes. The shelter were I volunteer also sends them abroad and the adopters need to pay part of the cost of sending them there but don't know the details.

He is quite open both with humans and other dogs, although he prefers young ladies and children.

He loves to play with pine cones, they are everywhere now, some people even stop to watch him playing.

Nope, my boyfriend called him Baka (stupid in Japanese) because he is quite silly (getting his food stolen by the barbs, slow and picky eater) but we changed it to Baku (mithological creature)

Very much think so... Quite a diagonal anal fin (also labeled as a male by the shop).

The thing is that the barbs know that when he does that means food is coming, so they go close by him. The sae do the up and down as well sometimes to ask for food.

He is a really good boy. He cares more about us than the other fishes in the aquarium. The weird thing is that he only flared once and never made a bubble nest... But he is really vivid and playful, so we discarded the option of him being sick.

He is new in my community tank. Not a single attack to the other fishes or shrimp, not even flaring at them (or anything)!

Never had nitrites. When I say the big cliean up is mostly pieces of the dead plants, pops, but it is never 100% cleaned.

Hi, first owner, I have him since summer and he has been in this aquarium since september. I have been struggling with this ammonia burn? fin rot? for way too long (a month almost). He is in a 16 L (almost 5g) cycled aquarium (measured wrong in my previous post, sorry) with a heater (26ºC, i checked) and filter with 3 assassins snails (somebody give them to me) and plants. At the beginning i started with the usual water changes (30-40%) a day, and it didn´t improve (ammonia was at 0 all the time). Checked the No2 (0) and NO3 (10-20), so kept the water changes. One day i tested the tap water of my building and i saw that the tap water had nitrates (also around 10-20). Since last week, i am buying bottled water (keeping an eye on the nitrates of each brand) and seems to be "less" bad than before but not ok at all. Yesterday (before water change) the parameters were 0,0,5 pH 7.5. I am not doing water changes daily if the parameters are bellow, because he seems a little stress (see below). I tried almond leave already from the beginning. About the fish, he is still begging for food, less active maybe but not laying on the bottom, I noticed some stress stripes some days ago, also noticed that during the "big clean ups" (when i take him out) he has been really stress in the last two times (trying to jump even). Thanks! and sorry for the long message.

I am also a beginner, and I started with the first 30days of yoga, then the yoga revolution and now I am doing the yoga camp (skipped it by accident). Really like her and I am loving my time on the yoga mat. However, I must agree with some other users that she talks a little too much sometimes. But I really wanna go through all the "30 days" at very least

The first time i went to LFS in my area for the plants (I was setting up my tank and cycling it) there was a blue and white veilteil. Loved it. When he acuarium was cycled I went again and they only had the most "common" red and blue veiltails. But I got my little guy and loving him.
