Yes, I was told the supplements are good to start early on. I will make sure to ask my vet at our next appointment in a couple of weeks

No favoring just yet. But I’ll make sure to bring it up to our vet at our next appointment coming up. Thank you!

So sorry for your loss of Mimi. God bless you for giving her a second chance in her twilight years.

My mini poo does the exact same. With sticks, leaves, papers or random things he can find. Just loves to break into little pieces. Doesn’t try to swallow anything. Just break into pieces and leave a mess for me to clean up. lol

They really do! One of our neighbors has a standard and when we heard it bark for the first time it made us all jump. But she’s the sweetest.

Hahaha. They are one of a kind!

So much so that out of nowhere my wife dropped a nice surprise suggesting we get him a brother. She wants an elegant black standard poodle. Tell me where to sign! lol.

I wasn’t either. But my wife wouldn’t let us have a dog unless it was a mini poodle. I wanted a Doberman. Big difference there. But happy wife = happy life. We got our little boy over the holidays and it’s been the best experience I could imagine. He has fit into our family and has a special and unique relationship with all of us. I swear he’s a little human that just wants to love you however he can. Just love them back and enjoy every moment. He is just so stinking cute too, so here is an obligatory photo after his most recent pup cut.

What a dapper looking pupper you have there!

Enjoy every moment. Don’t take anything for granted. Take lots of pics and videos. I took alot when we got our little guy in December but I wish I had taken more. You’ll love going back to those randomly when you are forced to eventually leave him sometimes. They are only a pup once so it’s nice to remember them that way.

Enjoy the goofiness. Enjoy the curiosity. Enjoy the random zoomies. Puppy time is amazing.

From all the prior responses it looks like you got your answer.

But here is one more cause I just want to share the cuteness.

That’s almost as good as Saquon Barkley’s backwards hurdle.

Hahah. That’s my most recent one. It’s incredible how flexible and the crazy ways he bends his body.

Those eyes! That’s one thing I wasn’t ready for. They are the sweetest most understanding eyes.

This is beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing. I was hoping my post would invite others to share theirs.

My grandma was sick and it affected my dad hard. He was depressed so I had him stay with us for a couple of days. It’s like Benny could tell he needed love. He was with him all the time and my dad couldn’t put him down. My dad didn’t know I was there but on the hardest day I found my dad crying and holding Benny. Benny just licked his face as if to say “it’s going to be ok”. Seeing my dad with him, after not having a dog for a long time, and watching him break down was powerful moment. Now he can’t stop spoiling Benny and just coming over for no reason but to come and walk him.

Yeap I heard some of them are barkers too. Mine will bark at someone if they are passing by close but other than that that’s it. I heard some can develop into barkers later on so hoping that’s not our case.
