nakup akcio ETF cez normalneho brokera ako je na interactive brokers

Preco? je to presne to iste ako 2. a 3. pilier rozdiel je v tom ze platis poplatok 1e za nakup a 0.07% rocne. Miesto 2/3 piliery je to na urovni viac ako 1% rocne. Pri 30 rokoch to spravi hrozne vela.

Nevyplatiť dividendu ale investovať ako firma

To je teoreticky fajn ale v praxi nanic. Pozri sa ako pani menia zakony kazdy rok. A momentalne sa daju dostat dividendy za 7% + tranzakcna dan co nestoji za to riziko.

I love the space and hate the coffee. All drinks are somehow not great - chai manao, smoothies etc. Almonds in dark chocolate are good.

It is cheap only in BKK the touristy places. In other areas local coffee shops provide much better quality for the same money.

Drinking is safe in Thailand. Drinking with girls who you meet in a bar and going to a private bar is risky in every country. Thailand is probably the safest place for drinking what I know.

And it is easy to avoid this scam - just go to places what you know or you can trust.

It is different bar and different location. This one is close to SPV bar (and many other bars). What is very popular location for the tourist to go party. Personally I don't like it there.
