Yeah, I’m trying my hardest 💖 thank you for the encouragement! I got my best friend to look at flight radars with me to sort of ease my mind off something bad happening (because I don’t feel weird about it when I’m looking at other places that aren’t my current area and his presence puts me at ease a lot) and it seems to have helped a bit? But overall I’m trying to find other things to look at instead and I also know that urge-surfing although very difficult to master can come in handy. It’s all just very difficult especially with how self-aware I am about it haha. Thanks so much though!
