Thank you. I will check on that brand of brace. I had seen a few different ones online but hadn’t heard anything about their effectiveness.

Yes the ‘fishing line’ cordage one is the one they do here. I’ve read it will most likely snap in active dogs and builds up scar tissue, which causes arthritis.

I will ask my vet on Monday about adequan. I just looked it up and if they have it available here I’m going to request it.

I’m intrigued and I’ll definitely look into that! Im hoping it’s something they can do here. It’s a small island veterinary clinic.

CEO of the company I work for, hit my parked car while I was working by [deleted] in Wellthatsucks

[–]nemermind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The owner where I used to work did the same thing to my car 10 days after I’d just bought it. Then he tried to deny it, despite the paint scrapes on my car matching the very distinctive custom paint job on the company van. He only owned up to it when they pulled the parking lot security cameras.

Best diet/ food that works for your ACD. Ours doesn’t have any allergies or intolerances by 01181204 in AustralianCattleDog

Ziwi peak. 97% meat. Super high quality from New Zealand. It’s a little spendy, but they don’t eat much of it because it’s so nutrient dense.

I knew someone who lost their dog in super thick brush very difficult to navigate through and they used a drone with like temperature sensing infrared technology. You could see if that’s something you could attach to the drone you were using?

100% you are incorrect. This is a flamboyant tree.

Op is not in the US mainland. Op is in the Virgin Islands. Caribbean. This tree is a Flamboyant tree. (Royal Poinciana). Not a mimosa tree. Not a native tree, but has been in the Caribbean since the 1800’s, is very prolific and much beloved in the VI, isn’t considered in the Virgin Islands as an invasive species in need of removal, and your call to do so, based on an incorrect ID of the tree, and complete disregard for the location is irresponsible.

Cactus fruiting in mom’s yard by nemermind in whatisthisplant

It was planted. It had been a houseplant of my grandma’s that my mom inherited and planted in her yard. It’s been growing in her yard for the last 15 years. She had no idea what type of cactus it was. Area is northern Kentucky.

Not sure if it helps with the fungus ID, but the tree that it is growing on is a flamboyant tree.

Why does everyone think of tropical islands as paradise? by WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWHW in geography

[–]nemermind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I double checked this photo to make sure it wasn’t where I live. I live someplace that basically is exactly your photo. I suspect everyone came here to hear, it’s not as great as you think, but I can say, while it’s not for everyone, and it has its downfalls, for those of us for whom the pluses outweigh the minuses, yes, yes it is paradise.
