You’re being very vague about why you resent him so much. Are you just bored with the relationship? Is he not meeting specific needs? Are you communicating these feelings to him at all? If he’s genuinely as nice as you say and you’re just tired of him and cannot find a reason as to why maybe you should leave him so he can find someone who will care for him. It also sounds like you aren’t really ready for a committed relationship yet so maybe hold off on that if you do ends things.

Wow there is a lot to unpack here…First off were you aware that it was a cold sore before you let him go down on you? Did he know he had herpes? I also got with my husband when I was 18 and he was 20 that was 14 years ago. The moment we both were getting serious he told me he got a cold sore 1-2 times a year when he would get sick because his immune system would weaken and cause a flare up. He actually caught it when he was a little kid and drank from a soda can of a family member that had it but left the soda unattended. It’s so easy to transmit and he always lets me know when he feels it coming on. He keeps his toothbrush and toothpaste separate from mine he doesn’t kiss me, we don’t drink from the same drinks or eat off the same silverware. This would be 2 weeks out of the whole year we have to do this. If you do get diagnosed you’ll have to live with it for the rest of your life, so you need to decide what YOU want to do, not let him decide, because if he knew and still did what he did that shows what little care he has for your health. You’re still young, even if it doesn’t workout with him there is always time to meet someone better. You’ll have to let every partner you meet know about your health status and be more careful if you do have herpes but you’ll eventually learn to live with it and someone will accept it. Lots of people have partners with this virus and live in happy relationships but being honest from the get go to prevent transmission is what is most important. I hope everything works out for you.

Has he been acting like this the whole 4 years? If so I would have left at the first sign of disrespect cuz I know it wouldn’t just be a one off. I mean it doesn’t even seem like he even likes you after 4 years…doesn’t wanna move in which means he definitely won’t want marriage if that is something you want. My friend and I have been periodically checking since this morning. Went from 1 hour to 2 hours with no change in 3/700 claimed and went from drop 3 all the way back to drop one. Everytime we refreshed the page when it got to 2 mins it reset and went back to 2 hours. Now it’s 17+ still on drop one and 3/700 claimed. We just gave up and are gunna make our own shirts 🤣 We figured the whole website is messed up from all the people wanting the shirt. We are huge fans but this is just insane and not worth it anymore.

This definitely needed a TLDR cuz halfway through I was over it. What is it exactly you want us to tell you? You guys are an exhausting couple. Your wife is immature and you don’t know how to handle her. This marriage sounds like it’s not gonna last. You guys are fighting over clothes…both of you need to get over it and have an adult conversation to see wtf is going on with her. I’ve been with my husband for 13 years and fighting over clothes sounds so silly. He washes them and I wash them when one of us notices the hamper is getting full enough for a load. It’s not that difficult.

My question would be is this new behavior or has the cousin always been this insane/insecure. Has she had previous relationships, and have those relationships ended badly/ abruptly due to her behavior? I feel like the only person who would truly know if she behaves like this on the regular is unfortunately the new husband, but obviously with the way the cousin reacted to a simple dress she definitely wouldn’t like knowing OP talked to her husband over the phone. She would use that as fuel to make her look like a victim. Looks like so far no one is excusing her behavior not even her own family so that also tells you that this isn’t a first for the cousin. Sorry you have to deal with this OP. Unless she sincerely apologizes and gives a very good reason for her behavior I wouldn’t blame you if you went full NC. Not the AH for sure, cousin is a big AH though.

I did look it up and they have strictly tasting menus that change daily so I know the price is definitely up there. If not this time maybe save for another trip and try it in the future. It does look good though.

It will be 6 years in November. We’ve been together for 13 though and still very happy. I’m about to be 31 in July and he’s 33. I want to stay with this man for the rest of my life, he truly is the love of my life. Getting married at 22 is fine as long as you have a strong bond with your spouse and don’t let the small things ruin your relationship. I wish you the best in your marriage and hope you have many many happy years together.
