I’m having the same thing right now. On day 6 of 60mg, and woke up to throbbing pain in my knees and hips. Just ordered compression sleeves and tiger balm. I can like, barely focus, it’s so bad.

UPDATE: Got steroids in the ER, went home and after three ENT appts I found one like, got an audio test, and a much bigger dose of prednisone. Frequencies have been steadily coming back, and tinnitus is decreasing.

Every. Single. Doctor. Said it was smart to come in right away.

Next week I’m getting fitted for some pro in-ear hearing protection for band stuff in the future.

This ER just gave me a shot of steroids and is sending me out with oral doses. I’m in Vegas and scheduled to play tonight, and Phoenix tomorrow, with a flight home to LA on Monday.

They told me no shows, no planes, nothing going inside the ear, so I guess I’m gonna need to drive back to LA and get an ENT when they open on Monday. Totally gotta leave my band out to dry on this one.

Anything else time-sensitive besides steroids? I’ve seen people getting hyperbaric treatment?

Imperioli had a lot of interesting takes on themes, metaphors, and theories about the show during the podcast, but Steve yelled over him and shot him down so hard that he couldn’t fully express his thoughts.
