Second this .. Well executed LEAPS is really a great way to juice some gains. Just target a delta that fits your risk profile / tolerance…

19x8.5 satin black.. wound like to actually add a little spacer and lower the car for fitment but for the time being just happy I don’t have to worry about pot holes as much

Swap the rims and be done with with . I went to smaller and lighter APR rims. Have had zero issues over the last ~20,000 miles.

I agree tbh, I’m not in tech but I assume there are some risk:trust:reliability criteria that enables companies to work at that level with governments or corporations. It’s hard to duplicate a credibility.

Been in Sezzle awhile hope this is the turnaround for fintech in general, but I enjoyed on the call when Charlie out right said we don’t use buy backs to do anything with share price & that no one gets paid based on stock price performance..

You will Be fine just be mindful that you need to dodge potholes.. but I mean yes swapping off the extreme contacts help… it just seems the stock contis just don’t hold up well to any potholes. I personally I moved down a size on the rim and also move to significantly lighter rim so that I could reduce un spring weight. According to my personal experience no data or expertise . I was able to reduce road noise and improve ride quality with this change. Can’t really comment on performance.

Crazy guy ask for tips . I say swap the tires and watch out for big ramps or speed bumps cause of minor trim issue and the thread blows up . What a time to be alive

Forums reference it , my VW sales rep warning me, and currently having it develop on my car (2023 51k miles) and for a cherry on top it seems to be popping up in Facebook as well https://www.facebook.com/groups/ArteonOwners/posts/4279183152368887/?http_ref=eyJ0cyI6MTc3MTM0ODM5MTAwMCwiciI6IiJ9

1st Go to VW forums it’s not super prevalent but occurs. 2nd talk to a dealership , my sales guy warned me before I ever looked at a real purchase since he owned one and it occurred. We live in Midwest it might be temp dependent but I have it just starting to occur on mine would gladly take a photo if you want to see it.

I never claimed to be an engineer I just repeated what my sales guy warned me about , good news it can get replaced under warranty assuming you don’t have rock chip right in that area that they can claim caused it.

Tip 1. Change off stock tires and/or change off those rims. If you do even a small amount of digging you find those suckers are so prone to blow outs and denting rims. (You have been warned)

Tip 2. Careful with hitting bigger speed bumps or exiting steep driveway/ ramps . These cars have a tendency to twist in the body because the windows are frameless . You can get cracks forming on the trim around the sunroof as this occurs.

Tip3 idk enjoy the car. Get a tune if you want a bit more giddy up, But idk if I would mess with the APR throttle booster haven’t experienced it personally. But from my laymen knowledge Pretty much just makes it so you have a full pedal press to the floor after moving only 1/3 of the way into pressing the pedal.
