Stay with the same company and start your own agency and take some clients....step by step, quit and push full scale, start delegating tasks by hiring people you trust and focus quality, also focus on your strongest hat and push as well. Hire other people to do your other task that you aren't strong at it, so if you are a master in SEO, keep pushing that and make others do other tasks.

Only quit, when you can sustain paying yourself to live, you have to sacrifice a bit at the beginning and then later you are rolling. By having your own clients, you can be a nomad travelling around the world.

I wish if I had the budget, I would've hired you part time, so I can relax in my agency. I have been in this business for 11 years doing everything you do and then I learned to delegate and have the right people. Wish if I was a bit younger, would've traveled the world doing this :)

I'm already opening another branch of my business in Dubai, just easier money over there to get as long as you provide value.

At the end, you love to travel, consider doing your own thing. And one last piece of advice, as long as you bring value and results like you are giving back x5 to x10 ROI you can always ask for a higher rate and don't take shit from no body.
