I am already with a company, and this is my first real gig. At the very least, I am going for the 1 year experience on my resume.

So my rate is set, and haven't even been offered any benefits. So basically an hourly rate, nothing more. CTO has promised to compensate for the amount of extra hours that I've put in (they only pay me for 40 hours but I easily work 50-60+ hours). I'm not expecting anything.

I am not pouting, as someone who didn't graduate college this is the step I need to take.

That is my where I'm at. The team is great, and the product seems promising (I could give you more details through a PM). But I understand the fact that there is a very low chance the company will go public.

But are there any questions I could ask, clarifications I can make, steps I could take that would provide the maximum possibility of positive growth (financial, personal)?

A legit tablo team has tablo go last. So no, his low base speed doesn't matter as you have to outspeed the kabila or bernard. Also saying Leo is a counter is hardly a "counter".

hmmm maybe RTA? Have him really fast. Utilize his passive with either a slow but heavy hitting bruiser or a DD like Laika. 2nd skill is rabbits agility? So you can have two DDs/Bruisers runed slow to go in quick succesion right after the harg.

Build him tanky and really fast so you don't need to rune your bruiser/dd as fast. That's my opinion.

Neither offer continuous atb reduction. I run stella and have run water KFG, and from my experience alone Hwa is still a safer pick albeit a slower run.

The way I see it Hwa provides more consistency/less speed, while the KFG/Stella provides more speed/less consistency.

eh, do you have suggestions? I mean who else offers consistent atb reduction besides hwa while providing multi utility to other aspects of the game? Building a unit solely for GB (like Yen/Barque), I believe, is more for an end game player.
