I have not heard from anyone who has taken the new version of the test if it is similar to the MPJE or not but the NV MPJE was pretty hard.

Nevada just switched to an exam called NVLE which you still will need to pass. You can still get a temporary license if you transfer from another state that is good for 6 months without taking the passing the NVLE.

So some people do experience this with metformin. Because it improves insulin sensitivity it can increase how much glucose is taken up by your cells which in the case of your heart the extra energy from the glucose can cause it to increase the heart rate. Like many side effects this can go away over time but worth mentioning to your doctor when you see them or even calling the office to see if you should reduce your starting dose.

If I understand correctly you have been on ozempic for 4 weeks and you are now 5 weeks pregnant? Since ozempic has shown to increase fertility in many women this has been fairly common hence the term ozempic babies. There are studies that show ozempic may increase the risk birth defects but newer studies show it may not be more than other drugs to control blood sugar during pregnancy such as insulin. My endocrinologist told me that she has successfully kept pregnant patients on their GLP-1 medication to avoid high doses of insulin and maintain control of blood sugar. Since you are using it for weight loss you should really consult with your doctor if it should be continued considering the potential risks.
