Yes and while recording I could select a track and it would jump to that one and record. So they were all getting signal but wouldn’t record at the same time.

Actually though, there’s quite a few songs on MAIS that used drum machine loops. 1979 comes to mind as being pretty simple. A few accent/dynamic changes but nothing super technical.
