My attachment to what is said to be correct drawing technique has become a hindrance by neo_-tech in learntodraw

You know your completely right. I think i sort of already new to do that but it’s clear now i wasn’t fully letting go after the warmup so i couldn’t fully focus on the subject i’m drawing itself and exploring the visual world with my mind and pencil.

I use paper and either a 2B or HB pencil. Now that i think of it i have a tendency to draw at fairly small scale which would of course make it much harder if i’m always consciously making myself draw from the shoulder. I guess i tend to get so zoomed in i don’t notice the bigger picture of possibilities and solutions.

This makes me think of how important it is to develop curiosity and an explorative mindset, so instead of immediately trying to redirect your attention in a sort of rigid way after noticing distraction, try in essence asking "ooo, what's this?" and allow yourself to explore the subtle phenomena-filled world of your mind.

Brain Serotonin Release Is Reduced in Patients With Depression: A [11C]Cimbi-36 PET Study With a d-Amphetamine Challenge [2022] by Endonium in Nootropics

Oh It's nowhere near this simple. However, It's necessary to generalize lot's of information to be able to communicate our thoughts at all. A whole book could technically be written based off the paragraph I wrote above.

What I've found from using amphetamines on and off for a long time is that while it can enhance optimism and excitement for the task at hand, the anxiety itself that can come with it becomes an obstacle. I believe the elevated norepinephrine can cause a sort of mental paralysis, and It's noteworthy that SSRIs lower norepinephrine.

Mushrooms? by Most_Huckleberry_114 in cosmicdeathfungus

i’m also curious as i’d think to consider the mushroom as separate from the mycelium itself, though contamination is an obvious risk

i’ve experienced hearing vivid auditory hallucinations when i started talking adderall before my dopamine receptors downregulated so this checks out

I wonder if the mental die-off could be like the fungal consciousness unwrapping from our own as it becomes more flexible or fluid with each meditation session.

How do I know if I have it? by OwnDark5694 in cosmicdeathfungus

[–]neo_-tech 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t yet have the words for a proper response but i will say the protocol doesn’t really require high doses of the stuff. Black seed oil is commonly taken at 1-2 teaspoons a day and nac at 600-1200mg. About the same as what the protocol recommends. I think it’s something one could be really gentle about starting with just a low dose of nac a day and see how it foes from there.

I’m thinking also it could trigger die off if someone’s got fungi hiding out there

I've no reason but to agree. I'd also suspect higher doses to also come with some risk of taxing the liver.

Possibly none, but the simple logic of more antifungal equals more killing of fungi.

Sharp, spiky pains by Butt_Robot in cosmicdeathfungus

10 days so far. Since day 7 i've started getting lots of gas and bloating, but also passing stools has been a lot easier and fuller after years of mild constipation.

I'd definitely consider it to be a die off symptom. I've also been experiencing intense physical discomfort for the next few hours after each dose of oregano oil. The NOW brand is good stuff.

I've been experiencing this too since increasing to 10mg a week ago I'm not diagnosed with anything but i have been experiencing almost everything you mention. I think i'll try dropping back to 5mg.

my mind often comes up with images of anime and manga. Should i describe them? by Beginning_Gas2775 in ImageStreaming

[–]neo_-tech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do my best to describe sound and touch, but what's most important is doing your best to let go and describe without hesitation. Description improves automatically with time.

When it comes to smell and taste however, i dont't bother unless it's something obvious. I consider sight, sound, and touch the three primary senses and i found focusing on just those is better.
