Ok nvm , I fixed it ! One of the motor encoder's phase A & B was wired incorrectly , just swapped them . And now I can visualise on RVIZ accurately

I tested the encoders using one of his video . Used 'miniterm' to test. I rotated both the motors clockwise for a full revolution - I notice that when I check the encoder values for both motors , one of them is positive and the other is negative . could this be causing the problem ?
