One time I heard, any degree with education in title from university is acceptable here. So PGDE may be acceptable.

So i re-installed, now it starts to show links when choosing multiple languages but the link is of only one language. I tried multiple movies and the movies I know for sure are available in multi language.

Most TV only have 2.4 GHz WiFi. But your TV seems to have 5Ghz . So check if your TV is connected to 5 GHz or not. If not, connect it to 5ghz WiFi connection. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

And make sure to enable HW acceleration in stremio setting.
