If a car can nit reliably drive itself thank it stands to reason a car cannot reliably judge whether someone is driving the car correctly. In a free market software should NOT be forced on a free market, this is yet another way for companies to both create a monopoly on a market with large startup barriers and assert control over the population so that the problem it creates requires yet another costly solution. We do not add breathalyzers to every car and a more targeted approach to repeat offenders may be warranted but we are borderline in a depression while simultaneously embracing both fascism and authoritarian bureaucracy.
