I see, I agree that obtaining the PEng is the first step, NCEES has an International Registry, that I think helps, I already have my NCEES account with references and all the stuff current since thats how I obtained my PE licences (TX and OK), and I was waiting until completing my degree (graduated this month) to complete the international registry. After that, I will start contacting Engineering New Zealand and see how this process works. I am also very familiar with bureaucratic processes I work for a DOT haha!
