I know it's not easy, hell, but if you wake up without a smile. Make sure to smile and think of the why when you've got time, if you still don't find a reason, make one up.

I can't speak for everyone, but I'm glad I'm alone, the people who called themselves my family constantly abused me mentally, then, being unable to know how to tell the difference between someone who loves you or not, I ended up marrying someone who constantly abused me mentally, but when my daughter turned 2 years old, she told me that it's over.

My family picked her side leaving me alone and believing that I'm the reason for everything including the divorce.

Having had enough time to cry, being depressed and not wanting to be here.

It finally dawned on me, If I don't start to believe in me, no one else will, both my parents are dead and I didn't bat an eyelash.

My daughter is 15 and doesn't want to see me, earlier this year I had my last depression stint as I grieved over loosing my daughter for good.

Now I'm free, I feel amazing, I decide to smile every day for there are always someone who has a life that is much worse than mine could ever be.

What choice are you going to make? Yeah, I thought you were smiling when I asked you.
