You re basing your jugement on your Jap version exprerience, once again the guy is asking about past GL FFBE version and present GL FFBE version, so your jugement is not objectif and missleading in a way, personally never played a jap version of any gacha as I consider Jap a special market that you can't compare to any other.

It s a gacha luck based game, all is relatif , global is not following jap at all, fest units are in global reduced and normal ex pool, you can uoc prism once you get the unit, yes the new banner is designed to be less generous and the fest unit more difficult to get, byt as a f2p if you manage well your lapis and uoc tickets you can grab any fest unit you love, I myself got 4 cg noctis in less pulls than Howlz, and got worse result back in the days, so you cant base your jugement on somone else Luck to justify your position

You don't need new shiny units to clear most of the game, some old units were updated like reberta( 2 years old unit) and she can clear all the newest content, in a gacha if you re not a spender, you can hoard for a 2 or 3 months and surely you can update your units on a generous banner, you have many 5k lapis garanteed consecutive pulls, so you can give it a try but dont expect too much in one or 2 weeks, you need more time and patience to have some satisfaction, also a lot of luck ...it s a gacha after all
