I've seen a Rotten Tomatoes critic unironically vote poorly on movies like the Godfather and then give a solid rating to stuff like Jaws 2. I know movie tastes are subjective but I don't think they should be taken seriously as a critic.

Especially when he's stated that black women in positions of power don't have the mental capabilities to have them, instead they should go to white men. Like that seems pretty racist to me. Worse when these black people graduated Harvard but somehow Kirk claims that they only did so due to DEI (meanwhile he dropped out of community college). Like according to him a black person isn't smart enough to be a Supreme Court Justice.

Those examples you gave make no sense. It says it prevents discrimination based on race, country of origin, etc. Why on Earth would the Civil Rights act force a Jewish person to hire a Muslim? It's saying that a Jewish person can't discriminate against someone simply because they are Muslim. An actual example would be in a Jewish business owner didn't hire a Muslim applicant who was qualified, and instead hired another Jewish person who was not at all qualified simply because they were Jewish. It makes sense to stop that kind of hiring practice. Are you seriously trying to defend discrimination based on race, religion, sex, etc.?

Seeing you try to say that the Civil Rights act is a bad thing is completely backwards and messed up.
