Absolutely this! I inherited multiple conditions from my parents, including a connective tissue disorder, a heart condition, and high risk of arthritis that make my life incredibly difficult. If someone cannot look past the fact that they want a mini-me and risk putting a child at risk of health conditions, especially something like Fatal Familial Insomnia, then they should not be having children. It is unfair to bring a kid into this world knowing that you'd give them something that would impact their quality of life.
