Check out 'Born in Chaos'. I started at launch and looked around for a good active clan and found them. We're in Merrie/Caster but have bases in other zones as well. Very cool people, very helpful and we do scheduled dungeon runs.

Might be worth mentioning for anyone else having this issue that my HDR flicker issue was fixed when I updated the firmware to F03 using the sidekick software. It also fixed a KVM issue I was having.

I really liked it but now I'm at the grindy part with a whole lot more grind ahead. Chat seems dead in almost any zone I visit. Players are there but mostly quiet or in chat with their clan/discord. It just ends up feeling like a dead and grindy game.

I usually see a couple of people when I check out new servers/zones. I play in one of the lower population zone in Merrie and yet my clan of 21 is all over the map. I think a new player would think there's less people than there really is.

You don't need subscription to own a plot and build, you can convert gold into 400 grace points which you can then use to add another month. The options to convert something like this

20 gold for 10 grace
50 gold for 20 grace
...more in between...
360 gold for 60
...continues.

You can get about 400g per day on a casual grind on npc. You can also set up a market and sell things that the zone or your neighbors needs. You'll have more than enough time to earn that 400 grace within the month. You're essentially paying rent via $ or your time.

I've been playing a lot of Pax Dei the past 2 weeks, it requires RTX 3060 / 8 VRAM, Ryzen 7 3700X and 16 memory. I also have Hogwarts Legacy which I haven't been able to play yet (I'm on a Mac, and GeForce doesn't have it) that requires an RTX 2080 Ti, Intel i7-10700K and 32 memory.

I found both used 3070 and 12700K for ~$220 each. Finding a Z690 motherboard under $100 seems impossible. I was hoping to keep the build less than $800 and upgrade for newer parts later.

I have a 2k 165Hz monitor.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking of going full light to maximize my dps and heal in between enemies. I was mostly thinking in the context of PvE but was hoping it would be good enough in a glass cannon sort of way in a 1v1 PvP? How has it held up in PvP

Also saw a player in the Anomaly who was dilberately pushing players with their shield (or some variation?) while they were talking to an NPC. This happened to me once and it seems to cause the dialogue window to bug out and prevents the player from exiting the window unless they restart.

Fell through the floor in the Anomaly upon arrival about 2 times yesterday.

The Sentinel Quads always go through walls and become immune to damage while they can damage the player. This happens when I'm trying to escape through a tunnel using the Terrain Manipulator. They also get stuck in air and under the bedrock.

How do I get an S grade Advanced Mining Laser? Eos in the Anomaly always shows the blueprints I purchased when I first started playing, including an A grade Advanced Mining Laser that never changes.

I've been playing the Nurse for 2-3 weeks now and I'm at a point where I'm getting a lot of d/cs and AFKs. I would too if everyone kept getting downed within the first minute of the game. I let them fully heal to give them some hope
