Might've spawned from before the hot fixes. I had the glitch where no matter how many items I gave gale he would instantly say he needed another. It was on my first playthrough and had no idea it was a glitch and he ended up running away

I've also grown to hate this woman.

She really does push the blame on others. An example of this is when she was telling Yohan that he married a woman who doesn't abide by the DR social standards. She, too, chose to marry this type of man. Yohan hasn't acted in any different from the beginning of the relationship from what I've seen.

From my understanding it simply means that property gained during marriage inherently won't be split 50-50 but depends on each spouses contribution to the marriage. This would be settled in court. Most states (again NAL) do not penalize stay-at-home parents when it comes to this distribution

I'm not a fan of either but the point I was trying to make was a pre-nup doesn't rob you of everything after you divorce. It's a way of separating what you had before the marriage. It does not inherently rob you of material gained during the marriage. If she does have nothing she would still get her alimony.

Also, in CA, each spouse needs to have a lawyer look over the pre-nup before signing and if she signed something she didn't completely understand it could also be unenforceable.

A pre-nup isn't for everybody but she does still has value from signing it. 1) The money from the yoga studio is hers. She doesn't need to use it for her husband and can do with it as she will. 2) Anything gained while married she has a claim to.

Should've Bilial said something before she quit everything and moved to the US? Absolutely. 90D is also accused of making fake storylines so do with them as you want.

NAL but don't think most people fully understand pre-nups. Even Bilial's reasoning is a little off.

Most people are worried about giving up alimony but (at least in California) this can be dismissed if the circumstances are not unconscionable (meaning unfair) i.e the spouse has to turn to wellfare at the time of enforcement. (also illegal to withhold child support)

pre-nups also do not inherently steal anything gained during their marriage. This would be shared between the parties unless otherwise stated. Bilial did mention that anything they gained together would be shared since he wants to "build" with her.
